About the Process
TCC’s Strategic Planning Steering Committee is charged with oversight for the development, implementation and review of TCC’s Strategic Plan, ensuring a sustainable infrastructure and process for strategic planning here at the College.
Effective strategic planning is a critical element of the College and absolutely essential to the success and fulfillment of our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
