You Can Learn German!German is spoken by more than 120 million people.
In Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, as well as throughout Eastern Europe, German, not English, is most frequently the second language of the people. Roughly 25 percent of the U.S. population is of German descent with cities and communities spotting the landscape.
Learning German comes easily to most speakers of the English language since German is closely related to English in terms of vocabulary and verb forms. Just look at this typical example:
singen - ich singe - ich sang - ich habe gesungen
(to sing ) - (I sing) - (I sang) - (I have sung)
