A) An official high school transcript from an accredited U.S. high school with the graduation/completion date clearly listed.
B) An official high school transcript showing graduation from an English speaking high school in a country where English is a primary language.
- (For example, students from Quebec, Canada, graduating from a French speaking high school would need the TOEFL, but students from an English speaking high school in Zambia would not.)
C) Official TOEFL or IELTS results within the score range of:
TCC Paper-based TOEFL = 500 or above
Computer-based TOEFL = 173 or above
Internet-based TOEFL = 61 or above
IELTS = 5.5

TCC Paper-based TOEFL = 460-499
Computer-based TOEFL = 140-172
Internet-based TOEFL = 48-60
IELTS = 5
(International students in this score range will be enrolled in a 12-week Intensive English Program before they can study at the college level. Please see the note about ordering a test score report below).
E) At least 24 hours of college level credit from a U.S. college or university that will transfer to Tulsa Community College.
(NOTE: TOEFL scores that are not from TCC must be sent directly from Educational Testing Service to the International Student Services Office and cannot be more than 2 years old.
